- What exactly is TenFlow?
- TenFlow is the central hub for a growing ecosystem of tools—built specifically to support your work, planning, and everyday flow as an independent contractor.
- Are all TenFlow products live right now?
- Not always! We are building this in public. Some tools are fully live and ready to use, while others might be in beta, early preview, or currently waitlisted.
- I clicked a product preview and it took me to another site. Why?
- While TenFlow is your main home base, some of our specific tools currently live on their own dedicated sites while they are in development.
- Do I need a separate login for each product?
- This varies depending on the tool's current stage. Some experiences share a single login, while others in early preview might require separate access for now.
- How do I know if a product is live or still coming soon?
- We try to clearly label the status of every tool on the dashboard. If you're ever unsure if something is ready for you to use, just send us a note.
- Can I request early access or join a waitlist?
- Absolutely. Whenever we are testing a new tool, we love getting early feedback. Look for the waitlist options on the product cards.
- What if something is broken?
- If you run into a technical snag, please email support with as much detail as possible. It helps us fix it much faster if you include:
- Which tool you were using
- What page you were on
- What happened (and what you expected to happen)
- Screenshots (these are a lifesaver!)
- Do you offer refunds?
- Refund and cancellation terms are listed in the specific billing terms for each individual product you subscribe to.
- How is my information handled?
- We take your data seriously. Review our Privacy Policy for exactly how your information is collected and protected.
